The Beverly Hilton Appoints Seneca Alumni Sam Kim as Hotel Manager

The Beverly Hilton is pleased to announce the appointment of Sam Kim as the new hotel manager of the iconic, landmark hotel in Beverly Hills. A driven hospitality leader who thrives on creating unparalleled guest experiences, optimizing day-to-day operations, and executing top-tier events – he will uphold the highest standard of hospitality and honor the timeless elegance of the property.

Kim joins The Beverly Hilton with more than 15 years of hospitality industry experience across Toronto, with a successful track record at numerous award-winning hotels. Most recently, he worked as the director of the rooms division at Hilton Toronto and was instrumental in executing an extensive restaurant and lobby renovation as well as a 375-guestroom renovation. Kim specializes in executive hotel leadership and is dedicated to motivating team members to deliver unmatched results. Kim also brings years of expertise in successfully executing large-scale events, galas and conferences.

Kim started his hospitality career as a manager at Intercontinental Hotels Group and held leadership positions at numerous acclaimed hotels, including the Sheraton Centre Toronto and Westin Harbour Castle. During his recent role with Hilton Toronto, Kim oversaw numerous high profile events including Canada’s Prime Minister Justin Trudeau’s visit, President George W. Bush’s speech, Premier of Ontario’s Press Conference, an NBA Toronto Raptors event, and Toronto’s International Film Festival. Kim also served on the Hilton Toronto Executive Committee, overseeing operations of the 600 room property and managing day-to-day operations to ensure the hotel achieved the highest profit and guest satisfaction.

Kim is a graduate of the Seneca College of Applied Arts and Technology and holds a degree in Hospitality Management with High Honors.
